My mother, who turned 70 on Wednesday and I am grateful is in good health, has a baked chicken recipe that I love and use frequently, too. You bread the chicken parts, then in a saucepan you melt a stick of butter (she always used margarine, we&#039;re Jewish) and add soy sauce (how much? I dunno, until it looks right). Then you just pour the butter/soy sauce mixture over the breaded chicken parts and bake at 375. Yum!</description>
