Free the Seeds!

Beware the biotech euphemisms for genetically modified seeds (a.k.a. GMOs, or genetically modified organisms). Anytime you hear people like Bill Gates and other unnamed politicians and business leaders talk about “better seeds” or “improved seeds,” you are hearing them unwittingly promote an evil plot to destroy the planet. While they think they are furthering the technology of our advanced civilization, they are actually furthering the speed of our demise.

In laboratories across the globe, seeds are being captured, submitted to intense and painful torture (too graphic to describe here), and held prisoner in a scheme for world food domination. These imprisoned seeds, injected with contaminated DNA, are then sent around the world with alleged goodwill under the guise of “feeding the world.” These seeds are programmed to corrupt pure, innocent plants via their pollen, spreading their DNA like a sexually transmitted disease, so companies that made those seeds can assert ownership over all seeds…under the claim of “intellectual property.”

Farmers, politicians, and technophiles have all fallen under the spell, and believe that humans must improve on nature in order to survive—and in the process have unleashed an insidious health horror. These DNA-doctored seeds (approved by the U.S. government under the “Generally Regarded As Safe” or GRAS loophole, which requires no scientific or health testing) are now inside virtually every human on earth. A day does not go by in which we don’t eat a genetically modified product (and sorry, but vegetarians eat them the most).

Doctors around the globe are calling for a ban on GMOs because what few studies have been done show the seeds are connected to alarming health problems…including ACCELERATED AGING! I am not making this up. The products of these seeds, once inside our bodies, in effect eat at us from the inside, causing intestinal distress, organ damage, allergic reactions, and many other horrible problems that we are only just discovering. And yet the seed companies involved have done everything in their power to prevent, suppress, and destroy any information regarding the effects of their little army of death.

There is only one way to protect yourself and your family from these horrible invaders. Eat organic. Buy organic and grow organic. Organic foods are the only safe haven for seeds that are still free of contamination. But it’s only a matter of time before all seeds are contaminated…unless we free them!

Free the seeds! Demand organic.

When something says “organic” I was under the impression that meant the crops were grown without any pestisides or chemicals, just good old fashion sun, natural water and love. I never thought about where the seed came from to grow the crop. So are you telling me that if something says “organic” that the crop has also been grown from seeds that were never tainted or genetically altered? Please advise

The pollen problem is scary. I’ve heard that even organic farmers suffer because pollen is transported by bees and air from GMO fields into theirs, thus “contaminating” the crop even if it isn’t immediately evident.

This is the first I’ve heard about Accelerated aging and would be interested in finding out more

I, too, would like to read some of the information about ‘accelerated aging” and other problems with the GMO seeds. If we’re going to be politically active with this, we need facts for back up. It’s bad enough when milk can’t be labeled with ‘no growth hormones;’ the “M”egacorp behind that is probably already campaigning to prevent people from getting the facts about where their vegetables and grains originate!

The only way to ensure that a food does not have genetically modified seeds in it is to buy USDA certified organic foods. THe link in the blog will take you directly to the medical report and the facts I based this on.

I had to read this three times to find out that the author is serious… Farmers (and even back yard growers) have been trying to improve the quality of the seeds they use to get the best crop – be that measured by quality or quantity.
Maria – please ask the starving children who get fed with the output of GMOs drought resistant versions of crop.
I guess I am under the evil spell…but I like nice big tomatoes and children being fed.

As far as I know,I done a liitle research, any long term effects of gmo’s haven’t been established yet. That scares me.
I don’t understand how “monsanto” can patent seeds and them sue a farmer because the pollen from his “patented seeds” got to the farmers crop.

    Dear John,

According to studies from the Rodale Institute and other places, organically farmed crops are much more productive than chemical GMO crops during drought AND flood.

And I’ve always believed it’s better to feed our children rather than poison them.

Humans have been genetically changing plants by selection since 10,000 years ago. In the last 100 years we began to understand the science behind genetics, which allowed making those changes faster and more accurately. I think people would be pretty surprised (and hungry) if we went back to growing the same varieites that were available 100 years ago, and the same will be true 100 years in the future if we don’t seriously work at improving crops in ways that protect the environment and feed more people with higher yields. I’ve been a plant breeder all my professional life, and I’ve never created a GMO. There are many options to create better seeds, and none of them have anything to do with evil plots to destroy the planet.

I think plant breeding is great!

I think GMO’s are terrible. THOSE are the “better seeds” I’m talking about.

Based on the recent E. coli epidemic in Germany, I learned that seeds can also harbor these viral contaminants. Saving seeds is vital to maintaining health!
