We dined there this summer to celebrate my son's graduation from Georgia Tech (he's still looking for a job, by the way... know anyone that needs a good materials engineer?). If you ever find yourself in Atlanta, Georgia, be sure to check out the Watershed (http://www.watershedrestaurant.com/), as it is follows many of the ideals of Alice Waters and I think you would enjoy it based on what little I have read.
