Now’s the time to clean out your closet and resupply it with shirts, dresses, and skirts that have pockets!
I love clothing with pockets. (And when it comes to aprons, I want a lot of them!) I always look for pockets when shopping because I like simplifying, and who doesn’t love a good dress that allows you to store essentials and leave the bags at home?
Pockets allow you to feel freer—always a welcome feeling, in my book. So that’s why this week I’ve chosen five of my favorite, earth-friendly, pocketed dresses and skirts for your easy-carrying pleasure:
1. Linette Linen Dress. This lovely, layered dress lets you take advantage of linen’s strengths—it’s sustainable, cooler than cotton, and washer-friendly; also, it has a unique drape and gets better with every wear. It’s great for travel and has a nice pair of on-seam pockets.
2. Organic Cotton Spot On Dress. Easy to wear and easy to love, this lightweight frock takes you from the office to weekends, to vacations, and to everywhere in between. It also has two side-seam pockets for laid-back stow-and-go days.
