This past summer I did a series of blog posts we called My 14 Days of Summer, A Meditation. People seemed to like it, so I thought I’d do a winter version. Even though I don’t love winter nearly as much as I do summer, it does have its own special benefits. And actually, one of the best reasons to meditate is to find the goodness in things that might not be exactly what we want them to be.
There’s usually a good purpose in the challenges we face—whether it’s lessons we need to learn or answers we need to find. And the quiet of winter is very conducive to discovering the mysteries and light within you. So whatever craziness happens this holiday season, let this be your peaceful place to come and reflect. It’s my gift to you. Here’s to joy, happiness, love, and peace on earth—all the good things!
Looking forward to each thoughtful challenge I find and thanking you now for your gifts!!
